New Mexico Pug Rescue - Adoption Application

Adoption Fees: Under one year is $250.00, one to seven is $200.00 and older than seven is $150.00 - $100.00 depending on health problems etc. ALL pugs are spayed or neutered, no exceptions. All are vaccinated, and have had any medical treatment they need.

To help ensure the best possible placement of our rescued dogs, and in order to determine that the proposed adoption is in the best interest of both the dog, and you and your family, please complete each of the following. Please be as thorough as possible.
